Footwork First has delivered practical and measured project management, lean implementation and mentoring to many of our health sector clients seeking transformational change. One client in particular has been able to achieve 31% efficiency improvements as a direct result of the stringent approach from David and his team at Footwork. Another client is saving £39k per annum as a result of lean improvements developed by David with the client teams.
