David Crowfoot – Director

David obtained a first class honours degree in Manufacturing Engineering and a Masters in Kaizen Management from DeMontfort University. He then worked in a variety of business improvement roles spanning the furniture, automotive and light engineering manufacturing sectors as well as distribution, marketing and retail, focusing on the implementation of process and productivity improvement.

David found that his business improvement work took him into managing more complex teams and larger programmes which is when he started to use proven project management techniques. This led him to manage multi million pounds, multi discipline teams delivering strategic change projects. David has a passion for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of businesses and the delivery of projects on time and to budget, exceeding stakeholder expectations. As well as supporting new sectors, departments and public as well as private businesses, David is also adapting proven tools and techniques that have an impact not only on traditional business performance (profitability, quality) but also environmental metrics.

David is a PRINCE 2 practitioner and uses the principals of effective programme governance and delivery of products via stage gates in project engagements (adapted depending on scale).

David enjoys all aspects of listening to and playing music and currently plays the drums in a local band.
